Guarantor Requirement
All students must provide a guarantor as part of the booking process. Both UK and international guarantors are accepted. The guarantor must: Be between 18 and 75 years old. Have a good credit history. Be financially able to cover the student's monthly rent if required. The Guarantor Agreement must be completed and signed before the student moves in. Students who are unable to provide a suitable guarantor should contact their Allied Students Account Manager to discuss the available options before proceeding with the booking.
Pay In Instalment
Payment is available by monthly instalments only for all properties. The first rent instalment must be paid before 1 August.
