If you have secured accommodation but are unable to travel to the UK due to government - imposed travel restrictions, you must provide official written evidence from your chosen higher education provider confirming that you have canceled your studies and will not be enrolled at the university for the 2025/26 & 2026/27 academic year. This evidence must be submitted to the accommodation team before your tenancy start date.
Upon receipt and verification of the required documentation, you will be eligible to cancel your tenancy agreement, and your full deposit will be refunded.
Alternatively, you may request to defer the start date of your tenancy to the first day of the month in which the travel restrictions are lifted, allowing you to travel to the UK.
