Available. Applicants may cancel under the No Visa No Pay policy, subject to the provider's eligibility criteria and submission of the required supporting documentation.

Other cancellation policies

The reservation is valid for 3 days after payment of the reservation fee. Applicants must submit all required reference documents and Right to Rent documentation within 48 hours of receiving the reservation confirmation. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' rent is required to secure the booking. A reservation fee equivalent to 1 week's rent is payable to reserve the room for 3 days while the application is processed. Once the application is approved, the reservation fee forms part of the booking deposit, and the remaining booking monies must be paid before the booking is confirmed.
