A non-refundable booking deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' rent is required to secure the booking. A reservation fee equivalent to 1 week's rent is payable to reserve the room for 3 days while the application is processed. Once the application is approved, the reservation fee forms part of the booking deposit, and the remaining booking monies must be paid before the booking is confirmed.
