A: Check-in time is from 15:00 hours to the Licence start date. If there are any outstanding payments, please try to make these prior to arrival & make sure to do all the necessary payments before checking in.

A: If you want to arrive earlier this can be arranged on a weekly/nightly basis separate to your agreement and pending availability, please contact our booking team regarding this.

A: Residents must be at least 18 years old or older and accepted on a full-time higher education study programme at a London Educational Institution during the Accommodation Period or are accepted on a recognised study programme for ages 16 years and above.
