Both my partner and I stayed here for our second year of university because it offered studio apartments for two people which not many others do. The staff and manager were always friendly, warm, and inviting. They give a very personalized service to both of us and are in general lovely people. Overall the rooms are very modern and well-maintained. And services such as maintenance and kit provided were amazing and far beyond anything we had experienced before. An amazing experience and very sad to leave!

The team of Zed Alley(Bristol) is truly amazing, friendly, and cooperative. Even during such difficult times of the pandemic, they made us feel at ease by responding to all queries and helping with all the problems. They even conduct many fun activities every week to keep you engaged and meet others virtually. The location of the property is right at the heart of the city, which makes all points of the city accessible.

I have been living here for almost one year now. The location is great, but it’s an old building by the main road. Many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets are just within walking distance. The Mandarin-speaking receptionist here is great. She is super friendly and helpful. You won’t regret going to her events.

Moved in November and it was very smooth, reception was very helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. Facilities and events were fun and good as well, the Monday training is great and it is an all-around positive experience. The rooms and social hub are well equipped and kept clean by the staff through regular cleaning and sanitization. My experience with Zed Alley is truly one of a kind!!!
