If you’re looking to pay in installments, you will need to appoint a UK-based guarantor, this can be a family member or a friend who is happy to act as your guarantor in the event that rent payments are missed. 2. If you do not have someone that you could nominate as a UK guarantor, you could use the services of Housing Hand, who are able to help act as a guarantor. 3. Additionally, the property management has now introduced a new solution called Leap, which allows them to accept bookings from students who don’t have a UK-based guarantor. Instead, students pay a slightly higher weekly rent, which includes a Guarantor Waiver Fee. 4. The property does not accept international guarantors.
For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- Students do not need to pay a deposit.
For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- Property Management offers dual occupancy on all studio units. An additional fee of £10 per week will apply.
