Your room is very safe – all door entry is key fobbed/coded they have CCTV and their on-site staff are available at reception or patrolling the building 24 hours a day. Their job is to always protect you and the building.
No. As per UK Legislation it is against the law to smoke indoors. Also, per your agreement, it is not permitted to smoke inside and accommodation building. There are designated smoking areas at each of the developments which you are welcome to use.

They also have to consider the impact on the environment when building their developments and because of this, the great location and the links to transport, they have not provided car parking spaces at any of the developments. All their residences have an on-site laundry room with washing and drying machines where you’ll simply pad ad hoc for any washing or drying you need. The laundry rooms are open 24 hours a day.
