A holding deposit is required to confirm the booking. The holding deposit is deducted from the first rental payment after the tenancy offer is accepted.
Pay In Instalment
With a UK-based guarantor or approved guarantor service, installments can be paid in July, August, September, January and April. Without a guarantor, installments can be paid in July, August, October, December and February. Students can alternatively pay in full. Payment dates are specified in the tenancy agreement, with the first instalment typically due before move-in around July.
