1. To complete your booking, you will have to submit a Holding Deposit of £100 for your application. 2. On acceptance of the tenancy offer the holding fee will be deducted from the September payment and the rent account will be adjusted to reflect this.

1. A UK-based guarantor is required if you choose to pay in instalments. 2. If you don't have one, you can pay your rent in full before moving in or use an approved guarantor service.
Studios are available for double occupancy at an additional charge of 25% of the total rent.
