Do I have to be a student to stay at property?

Property is a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation exclusively for students.

They warmly welcome all students to stay with them, whether you are enrolled in internship programs or part-time studies, as long as you hold valid student status throughout your intended stay period.

I would like to have a room tour before making my booking. How do I arrange for a visit?

Currently, they only offer physical tours on-site.

I have a guest who would like to stay with me throughout my lease. What should I do?

During the booking process, you can specify if you wish to add a sharer. The weekly rent displayed on their website is per week and person only. The additional sharer is chargeable at $49 per week on top of the weekly rent.

The minimum age to stay at property is 18 years old. Their properties are currently not approved to take in any students under 18 years old.

How do I check in after business hours?

For check-in after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays, please contact residential advisor. You are highly recommended to inform them of your arrival date and time via the arrival form in the “What’s Next” email so they anticipate and prepare for your arrival at the property

What do I need to do before my arrival?

They require you to submit your identification documents, certificate of enrolment and student visa on their guest portal. Refer to your What’s Next email for all necessary actions.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

They currently do not offer Contents Insurance and it is not included in your rental. However, it is highly recommended that you apply for it.

What does the rent cover?

The rent covers: 1. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet 2. All utility bills including electricity, water and gas 3. Usage of all communal facilities 4. Events provided for their residents The rent is not inclusive of laundry. There is a launderette in the property and it is AUD$4 per wash / dry cycle.

How do I receive my promotional incentives?

Approach the front desk to receive your laundry credits. For rent rebates, it will be given according to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

I would like to change rooms. What should I do?

Room changes are subjected to availability. Reach out to their friendly help desk staff to find out more. Do note that you will be charged of one (1) week rent and departure cleaning.

I would like to break my lease. What should I do?

You are liable for a lease break fee equal to two (2) weeks of rent with GST. You are still liable for rent payment until the apartment is leased again. They always recommend for you to find someone to take over your lease. Any rent rebate or laundry credits given will be charged back to your account.

What time should I check out on my lease end date?

Their check out timing is at 10:00am on the morning of your lease end date.

Upon checking out, do I have to pay for departure cleaning?

You may be expected to pay for departure cleaning. Please approach the property’s reception for more information.

I have decided to cancel my booking. What are the penalties?

If you need to cancel your booking with them for one of the reasons detailed below, all you need to do is email them at least14 days before your contract start date and they will cancel your booking and provide a refund. They will provide flexibility to cancel if you are impacted by any of the below reasons, you are required to provide supporting documentation: VISA Rejection If your visa application is rejected. Property reserves the right to charge any cancellation after the given deadline.
