The local neighbourhood has a chilled vibe with a strong community feel. It's a short walk to the centre, and you can be in the countryside doing outdoor things just as quickly. You won't be stuck for a local pub, bars and restaurants and a giant ALDI, on your doorstep.
WHAT IS IT LIKE?
Refurbished in 2021. 6 rooms, a kitchen full of kitchen things, interior designed furniture and a washer and dryer. Speedy broadband, flatscreen, and the other good stuff that comes as standard.
HOW CLOSE IS IT TO CAMPUS?
Dependent on route and energy levels, you can cycle to Campus in 25 to 35 mins - parking is easy as the University has 1,500 bike spaces! The buses are straightforward and frequent - travel time 30 to 40 mins.
1. To secure a room student has to Pay a Security Deposit, in which one Week's rent will be holding deposit and it will be non-refundable. 2. The deposit will depend on the room type you select. The deposit might change due to availability, please get in touch with your amber agent to know more. 3. The rest of the security deposit will be refundable after inspection less any charges and deductions once the student moves out.
1. If the Student has UK based guarantor the student can opt for monthly installment plans. 2. If the student does not have a UK-based guarantor, they can pay in 2 half-yearly instalments or pay the whole rent upfront.

To book a room UK-based guarantor is required if the student is paying in installments. To be eligible to act as your guarantor: 1. They must be residing in the UK and have a UK bank account. 2. You must provide the address of the guarantor and their proof of residence. 3. The guarantor whose details you provide must be able to guarantee the lower of: The total sum of rent payable by you to your landlord over the period of one year; or The total sum of rent payable and Deposit by you to your landlord over the period of your tenancy if your tenancy is less than one year. In instances where you are not able to provide a guarantor situated in the UK, you will be required to pay 6 months rent or the whole rent upfront.
Typically, a deposit is one month’s rent. Or 3-5 weeks.
Landlords should be able to provide a rough idea of how much bills will be for the property. All-inclusive bills for properties is usually easier but more expensive than sorting them out yourself as there is a mark up or you pay a management fee. They can offer you a bills included package with every home on our platform.
