You must provide the address of the guarantor and their proof of residence. 3. In instances where you are not able to provide a guarantor situated in the UK, you will be required to pay 6 months rent or the whole rent upfront. Or you can use a private or public guarantor scheme.
1. If the Student has UK based guarantor the student can opt for monthly installment plans. 2. If the student does not have a UK-based guarantor, they can pay in 2 half-yearly instalments or pay the whole rent upfront.
