    For 26-27 AY:- 1. You need to provide a UK- based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in instalments. 2. Property management can accept international guarantors at many of their residences. 3. A guarantor is a responsible adult who signs a legal agreement to cover your rent should you default. A suitable guarantor should: • Be someone you know personally • Be aged 18–75 • Be employed full-time, self-employed, or receiving a private pension • Have a positive credit history • Provide proof of income • Provide proof of residence for the past 3 years Please note: If you do not have a UK guarantor and an international guarantor cannot be accepted, you will be required to pay the full year’s rent upfront when applying.
