Any deductions for damages or outstanding charges will be outlined in your tenancy agreement. Refunds can take up to 28 working days to process. 4. Your deposit is securely held by a recognised scheme, such as the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (England and Wales) or Safe Deposits Scotland. You’ll receive an email with your deposit repayment ID, which you’ll need to authorise your refund and provide your bank details. Please note: 1.
