Whats included with your rent?

Utility Bills-Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) so you shouldn't receive any bills for electricity, gas, or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills! Wi-Fi Internet Access-Every one of their sites offers high-speed WiFi internet access as part of your rent. Contents Insurance-Your rent includes personal contents insurance from student insurance specialists Endsleigh. 24-Hour On-Site Accommodation Teams-Each property is staffed 24-hours. They have someone ready to help you no matter when you need it. Site-specific security arrangements are also always included in rent.

How do I book a room?

  You can apply to either Arrange a Viewing or Book a Room online. Their Accommodation Team will get right back to you with processes and options available to suit your circumstances.

Signing your contract?

Once you've worked with their team to choose a room, you will be sent a Tenancy Agreement that you sign to secure your room with them. At this point, They require a returnable deposit alongside a non-returnable booking fee. Your deposit is refundable subject to a satisfactory inspection at the end of your stay. This deposit is protected by The Deposit Protection Service for the duration of your tenancy. Your deposit will be protected in the MyDeposits or the DPS, this will depend on the building you reside at, for the duration of your tenancy. If you need any information on the deposit scheme please ask your Accommodation Team. The information you have supplied will be used to process your application and manage any subsequent Tenancy Agreement accepted by you. Please note that this form only constitutes as an application, and not until your Tenancy Agreement is signed and your deposit paid is your accommodation guaranteed. If you cancel your application after paying the deposit & booking fee you will forfeit both the deposit & booking fee.

Can I share with my friends?

  They understand that friends like to stay together. Therefore if you are applying as a group please: Make it clear on the application form of the names of your group; Size of apartment you require. Talk to your accommodation team early as many buildings sell out quickly.     

Can I stay for multiple years?

Many of their residents are returning students who just don't want to leave us. If you choose to stay for more than one year they often offer an early booking incentive. They cant prioritise when were handing out rooms though, so apply as early as you can to improve your chances. And if you are staying they can give the rooms a thorough inspection, clean them and attend to any maintenance ready for when you return.

When my rent due?

They collect your rent four times a year in August, October, January, and April. This allows you to avoid paying one big lump sum and also coincides with the issue of loan payments. Some of their sites require you to provide a guarantor, if appropriate, you'll be provided with details when you enquire about booking.

How do I become a Resident Co-Ordinator at my building?

  As part of their Accommodation Team, they employ several students at each of their sites to take on emergency call outs, post, administration support, student support duties. These roles are vital and contribute to forming a happy community at all their buildings. If you would like to become part of their Accommodation team, gain valuable experience and get paid to live at their building then forward a copy of your CV to your local Accommodation Manager who will be happy to provide a Job Description and remuneration details. 

International Students?

  They would like the opportunity to extend a very warm welcome. they hope to be able to assist in making the most of your stay in the UK. they pride ourselves on giving their international students a very pleasant, productive, and enjoyable experience whilst making the most of their diverse culture. Their friendly, Accommodation Team are on hand 24/7 for any questions and are always happy to assist in pointing you in the right direction. Their Resident Co-Ordinators are fellow students who live in their buildings and are always on hand to provide practical as well as emotional support. They will always try to house There international students in a warm and welcoming environment. Therefore if you have any specific requests with your accommodation please let us know. Great! They offer the opportunity for students to stay on over the summer. There are restrictions in terms of date and availability however if you speak with the local accommodation team they will advise you on availability and how you can book.  

What happens if I cant start college due to Covid-19 travel restrictions?

If you are unable to start college due to a government-imposed travel ban in place in either your home country or here in Ireland they will refund any deposit and rent paid in full.

What happens if my college start is delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions?

If your college start date is delayed as a result of Covid-19 as seems now likely for incoming 1st years, don't worry. They will not be insisting that license agreements start as planned on the 29th of August. License agreement start dates will be delayed to allow you check-in just before college starts and rent will only be charged from this new agreed date.

If college starts late and as a result my exams run-on past 15th of May can I stay for longer?

Yes, if you need to stay on a little longer that wont be a problem. All their rents are charged weekly.they will just extend your tenancy by the number of weeks you require.
