    Must be in full-time employment, earn 2.5–3× the monthly rent, over 25, UK citizen or have permanent residency, and not be a current tenant.

    What if I don’t have a guarantor?

    You may use a guarantor company (e.g. “Housing Hands”) or make full payments in 2 or 3 installments for the contract period.

    How do I renew or extend my tenancy?

    We will reach out in October/November. You may also explore other properties managed by Property Management.

    How is electricity handled?

    If electricity isn’t included, you’ll receive an opening meter reading. You must open your own supplier account and submit monthly readings.

    Where can I have parcels delivered?

    Deliveries can come to your flat or to our Property Management office (include your name). We are not liable for damaged or missing parcels.

    How do I report repairs or file complaints?

    Repairs are reported via FixFlo (accessible via email signature or our website). For complaints, refer to our complaints policy.
