The property offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. While many students appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, good location, and various amenities, there are significant concerns about maintenance issues, cleanliness, and occasional staff rudeness. The social events and facilities like the gym and cinema room are well-received, but problems with hot water, heating, and internet persist.

The property's 24/7 on site team cares about everyone's daily life and it is quite visible every then and now. I sincerely thank them for dealing with everything for the residents seriously and responsibly. I also want to thank the team for being conscientious about maintaining a good living environment and protecting everyone's safety. And the free bi-weekly housekeeping was splendid I must say! Time will pass, but we will always remember the warmth and love that this property has given us this year.

You get an absolutely spectacular studio with no need to share any amenities, with your own kitchen, bathroom, desk, bed, and TV all including all the bills with a very fast internet service. The communal areas are great for hanging out, studying and meeting new people, which is at the heart of the Portswood House experience. They provide events and breakfast throughout the week with a variety now and then. The onsite team are lovely and helpful and always feel like family and friends. Simply put, this place will just feel at home.
