Concord is a suburb in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia's Northern Sydney area. Concord is 13 kilometres northwest of Sydney's Central Business District in the City of Ryde's local government area. Before being gazetted as a separate suburb on February 5, 1999, Concord was a part of North Ryde, and many establishments continue to use North Ryde as the address. Although Macquarie University, situated in the northern portion of the neighbourhood, has its postcode of 2109, both suburbs share the 2113 zip code.
