    For 26-27 AY:- If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, the property management will require you to complete the following actions:  1. A written email requesting cancellation, which must be submitted to the property management at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refus

    For 26-27 AY:- The early termination admin fee is 1 week's rent but this requires minimum 28 days’ notice of intention to vacate, and important to note that rental obligation continues, until the tenant finds an acceptable replacement to take over the lease - therefore it is not a simple matter of paying 1 weeks rent and leaving.
