Adelaide Road is an attractive student accommodation in London which offers, stunning 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartments totalling 70 square metres. The residence is a 10-minute drive from Regent’s University and a 12-minute drive from the University of Westminster (Regent Campus).

You'll find everything you need in these apartments. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook for yourself, including pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc. It's well-lit, modern, and hosts a fridge with a freezer, plenty of cupboard storage space, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine (with new capsules each week!). The living area has homely furnishings that include 2 tables, 5 chairs, a stand-alone lamp, and a sofa bed- creating the perfect environment for relaxation and is big enough to have friends and family visit. There is also a smart TV,  free high-speed Wi-Fi, and various laptop areas for studying. The bedrooms are designed for a perfect night's sleep, both bedrooms come with King-size beds and all the necessary sheets, duvets, pillows, etc. Guests enjoy 5-star hotel-standard cleanliness with weekly cleaning and maintenance, toiletries, and fresh linen. There is also plenty of wardrobe space and standing mirrors. The bathroom is modern and comes with a shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, and multiple mirrors. Cancellation Policies

    The property management will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate your requests for alterations to your Booking, subject to the availability of accommodation: 1. If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your Booking and you notify the property management in writing at least [30] days in advance of the commencement of the proposed Booking Term, a cancellation fee equivalent of 4 weeks’ rent will be charged, and your initial payment and the balance will be refunded (unless stated differe

    You are to arrive at the Apartment no earlier than 3pm (except if stated differently) on the first day of your Booking Term and, unless otherwise agreed, you must leave by 11am on the last day of your Booking Term. If you fail to arrive by midnight on the first day of your Booking Term and do not advise the property management of a late arrival, they may treat your Booking as being cancelled by you and they shall be entitled to re-sell the Apartment for the same period.

    Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

    Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

    Booking Deposit

    1. To book a room with the property, the student needs to make a non-refundable advance rent payment. 2. This payment depends on how prior to the check-in date, is the booking being made: (a) Day 3 - Day 14 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 4 weeks rent. (b) Day 15 - Day 35 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 2 weeks rent. (c) Day 36 and above prior to the check-in date - advance rent payment is 1 weeks rent. 3. This prepayment will be offset against your first or only instalment of rent.

    Of course not - all are welcome! While they mostly host students with typically larger budgets they also have many working professionals seeking luxury apartments for their extended stays in London.

    What is the minimum contract period?

    They offer flexible contracts that are catered to student term times, and their minimum contract length is currently 3 months.

    Do I need a UK guarantor?

    No, They appreciate that many of our guests are not from the UK, so they do not require UK guarantors.

    Is bedding and linen provided?

    Yes, 5 star hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let them know and they can make special arrangements.

    What expenses are NOT included?

    While all bills are included in their weekly rates, other expenses like travel, food, tuition, airport transfers etc are not.

    Do I have a cleaner?

    Yes, Their maid cleaning service is included with every property. This includes fresh linen for the bedroom, towels and toiletries for the bathroom.

    Is there an extra charge for Dual Occupancy?

    No, The property offers free dual occupancy on all apartments.

    Are kitchen utensils provided?

    All of their apartments have fully-equipped kitchens with all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc that you might need.

    Can I have friends or family stay over?

    Yes. The apartment is yours for the period of your contract. Friends & family can visit and make use of any additional sofa beds provided. 
     

    It seems expensive?

    First and foremost let us begin by reiterating that we are not a provider of traditional student accommodation. Instead, we offer anupmarket alternative to those with higher budgets seeking a more private, luxurious stay for their studies. If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week we probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search. Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. We are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a apartment.

    Could you provide the available rent payment plans?

    Minimum  90 nights at a time. Of course they can pay in 1, 2 or 3 installments  over the year. Please remember there is no UK guarantor required.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Our  cancellation is as follows: 30 days before check in: 4 week  cancellation fee. Less than 30 days before check-in: no refund. For  cancellations after the check-in date has passed the first 90 days of  reservation will be charged.

    How many tenants can fit into an apartment?

    We offer a price for a whole apartment, max number of guests are restricted depending on types of apartment.

    Studio- 2 guests

    Some of our properties can be stayed up to 3, for in stance, 

    1 bed apartment- 2 guests

    Some of our properties can be stayed up to 4, for in stance, 

    2 bed apartment-4 guests

    3 bed apartment-6 guests

    And there is no extra cost. Noted- we don't offer a shared apartment. A guest would need to match their flatmates to stay if they like to split rents.

    What are our rents covered?

    Our  prices are inclusive of all bills, tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi ,  weekly housekeeping, fully equipped kitchen, replenished essentials. No  hidden cost.
