Please make sure that, if you bring your own linen, it is clearly marked and kept well away from the bed on linen change day (if applicable). Pmg cannot be held responsible for any linen that is taken by mistake, unless it has been removed from the bed and clearly labelled. Please refer to each individual residence page to find out if your property provides a bed linen laundering service.
Some of our properties provide bath towels while others do not. Please refer to the description of the property on the PMG website or, if you have already made your booking, to our accommodation offer or confirmation.

Some property have pay phones in public areas or have apartments with phones that are programmed to accept incoming calls only, where you may only be able to dial out using a phone card. However, Pmg recommends that you bring your own mobile phone or purchase a ‘pay-as-you-go’ phone while you are here.

You should have your mail sent to the address of your property.
Unfortunately, overnight guests are strictly prohibited in most of the property, especially those offering single rooms only. Occasionally, overnight stays (of no more than 3 nights) can be arranged in certain residences which offer twin or double rooms. Prior permission must be obtained in advance from PMG’s office and an additional charge will apply. If you have friends and family who are coming to visit then please let us know, and pmg can assist you with arranging accommodation for them.
This varies according to the facilities available at each individual property. You are, however, expected to keep your room tidy and clean the kitchen after using including washing dishes. Failure to do so could result in you being charged for professional cleaning. Bathrooms should be left clean and dry.
The property understands that occasional breakages occur in the kitchen and pmg does not normally charge for these unless they are excessive. Breakages and damage, such as to furniture and carpets/curtains, may be charged for or the cost deducted from your deposit.
A deposit of GBP 250.00 is required for most of the properties (with the exception of summer-only properties). The purpose of the deposit is to cover the cost of any damage or breakages caused by students during their stay, as well as to act as a guarantee against non-payment of accommodation fees.
