If you wish to speak with someone you can call our office during normal office hours (9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm on Saturday) but they would always ask you to email in addition. They are usually closed on Bank Holidays and hours of opening during holiday periods are published on our website. If you have any emergency repairs required at any time (even when the office is open), then you can call the 24 Hour Emergency Helpline Number. This service is provided by a third party contractor. They will take your details and determine whether the repair is a genuine emergency in which case they should send a contractor immediately or whether the repair is classified as a routine repair in which case you should report the repair to their office in the usual way.
