    For 26-27 AY:- The property offers a 14-day cooling off period wherein you can cancel the booking and any amount paid will be refunded to you.
  • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    For 26-27 AY:- 1. If you wish to terminate the contract early, you will still be responsible for paying rent until a suitable replacement tenant is found. 2. Once a suitable replacement tenant is found and signs the contract, you will be released from the agreement.
  • No Visa No Pay
    1. If your visa application to study in the United Kingdom is unsuccessful, you may cancel your Tenancy Agreement without any financial penalty. 2. To do so, you must notify property management in writing of your intention to cancel and provide official evidence of the visa refusal from the UK Home Office or relevant authority within 72 hours of the letter/correspondence date. 3.
