Your deposit is securely held by a recognised scheme, such as the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (England and Wales) or Safe Deposits Scotland. You’ll receive an email with your deposit repayment ID, which you’ll need to authorise your refund and provide your bank details. Please note: 1. For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: A. The property requires you to have a valid UK Guarantor if you wish to pay in installments. B. If you are unable to provide your own UK Guarantor, the property recommends the service of Housing Hand. C. The property does not accept international guarantors.
