For 24-25 AY: - 1. Payment in full. This will be due on 1st August 2024 2. Payment in 2 installments due on 1st August 2024 & on 1st February 2025. 3. Payment in 4 installments due on 1st August 2024, 2nd October 2024, 19th January 2025, & on 15th April 2025. Please note: - 1. For 44-week tenancies, a 10% surcharge will apply if you choose the installment plan option. 2.
