What happens if I want to be released from my tenancy agreement?

If you want to be released from your tenancy agreement, please contact your local branch to confirm this. To be replaced on the tenancy agreement, there will be a £50 fee. Tenants in most cases will remain liable until a replacement tenant is found. They will assist you in finding someone to replace you on the tenancy by conducting viewings, advertising the property and organising the paperwork. It remains the responsibility of the tenant to find a replacement, however they will be here to assist.

Can someone live with me in a 1-bedroom property or studio?

In most cases, yes! Please speak with a member of staff to find out if the property you’re interested in allows dual-occupancy.

Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

If you want a pet at your home, you will need to send a written email so they can forward it to the landlord. They will endeavor to respond within 5 working days with a response.

Most of their student houses are £150 per person. This is due upon signing the contract and covers any damages, arrears or over-usage of your utilities incurred at the end of the tenancy.

What happens if I don’t have a guarantor?

In some cases, landlords are willing to accept an up-front payment instead of a guarantor. An alternative option is to use a guarantor service that will act as a guarantor on your behalf for a fee.
