One Payment: 1st August 2026 (No UK Guarantor Required) Two Payments: 50% on 1st August 2026 and 50% on 6th January 2027 (No UK Guarantor Required) Three Payments: 40% on 1st September 2026, 40% on 6th January 2027, and 20% on 16th April 2027 (UK Guarantor Required) Eleven Payments: Due on the 1st of each month in 11 equal invoices (UK Guarantor Required)
A UK guarantor is required for each tenant choosing a 3 or 11 instalment plan Couples are advised to have separate guarantors for easier rent management If a student does not have a UK guarantor but wishes to pay in 3 or 4 payments, they can use Housing Hand to act as a third-party guarantor
A £100 admin charge is applied when a replacement tenant is found and the tenancy is transferred
