The students can take a quiet walk in their own private garden or watch a show on the large smart TV on the free high-speed wi-fi. Since all the utility bills are included in the rent, life here would be hassle-free.

The biggest advantage of living in this property is that everything is at a nearby distance, for example, restaurants like Harry's Restaurant and Exeter Mexican. The neighborhood is young as it is always bustling with people at cafes such as Pura Vida or B Hive.  Henry's Bar or The Angel Bar are the places to go to for relaxing after a long day of classes. Tourist attractions like Underground Passages and Belmont Park should be kept for visits over the weekend.

With the Aldrin Road bus stop and Rosebarn Avenue bus stop being a 4-minute and 6-minute walk away, respectively, you get the chance of exploring the city.  For cross-country travel, one can board a train from the Exeter Central train station which is a 6-minute drive from the accommodation.
