Premium Studio
At approx. 20m2 the Premium Studio comes with three quarter sized bed, dining area, ample storage, mirror, study desk and chair and modern kitchenette with fridge-freezer, microwave oven and hob. This studio also has a fully fitted en-suite containing a large shower and stylish fittings. You will also have access to the cinema room and on-site gym.This room is available on all floors at Renslade house – you can choose your room on any floor you want!
Serviced Classic Studio
Our Classic Studio is also available as serviced student accommodation. This means you’ll enjoy all the benefits of a Classic Studio, plus weekly cleaning of your bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Measuring approx. 18m2, and equipped with a 3/4 sized bed, dining area, storage space, mirror, study zone, and a fitted kitchenette with microwave oven, hob, and fridge-freezer. Your bathroom also comes fitted with a large shower and sleek fittings.

Security Deposit
The tenant has to pay a security deposit to book this property; the amount may vary as per the room selection. Note: The security deposit will be refundable. If there is any damage to the room or communal area, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
Additional Fees
Dual occupancy is available for most rooms that are 23sqm or larger. The total rent will be calculated as the standard room rate plus an additional £50 per week. Both applicants must apply separately and clearly state in their applications that they are requesting dual occupancy.
Guarantor Requirement
Required for paying rent in instalments. Without a UK guarantor: Full upfront payment is mandatory. Guarantor criteria: Must be UK resident for at least 1 year. Must be over 21 years old. Must be a homeowner or in full-time employment. Must provide valid photo ID. Must provide proof of UK address (dated within last 3 months). Third-party guarantor service: Housing Hand is recommended if the tenant cannot provide a UK guarantor. Note: The property does not accept other Guarantor Service Providers.
