This studio also has a fully fitted en-suite containing a large shower and stylish fittings. You will also have access to the cinema room and on-site gym.
Premium Studio
At approx. 20m2 the Premium Studio comes with three quarter sized bed, dining area, ample storage, mirror, study desk and chair and modern kitchenette with fridge-freezer, microwave oven and hob. This studio also has a fully fitted en-suite containing a large shower and stylish fittings. You will also have access to the cinema room and on-site gym.This room is available on all floors at Renslade house – you can choose your room on any floor you want!

The tenant has to pay a security deposit to book this property; the amount may vary as per the room selection. Note: The security deposit will be refundable. If there is any damage to the room or communal area, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

Dual occupancy is available for most rooms that are 23sqm or larger. The total rent will be calculated as the standard room rate plus an additional £50 per week. Both applicants must apply separately and clearly state in their applications that they are requesting dual occupancy.
