2. In these circumstances there will be £50 transfer of the agreement fee and the amount paid to the property will be returned to the Occupier in full.
Please note: The current Occupier cannot terminate the Agreement less than 19 weeks of the License Period's commencement unless a Replacement Occupier is found to take over the Agreement.

1. The current Occupier will have the right to terminate the Agreement if their VISA has been declined and the Occupier is denied entry into the United Kingdom. The Occupier must give the property written notice of the cancellation and provide proof of the declined VISA. 2. In these circumstances, there will be a £50 transfer of the Agreement fee, which will be deducted from any amount paid to the property. The remainder of the payments made to them will be returned to the Occupier and the Occupier will be released from the Agreement.

1. The current Occupier will have the right to terminate the Agreement if their University application has been declined and the Occupier is denied studying at the university in the United Kingdom. The Occupier must give the property written notice of the cancellation and provide proof of the declined University application. 2. In these circumstances, there will be a £50 transfer of the Agreement fee, which will be deducted from any amount paid to the property. The remainder of the payments made to them will be returned to the Occupier and the Occupier will be released from the Agreement.
For 25-26 AY & 25-26 Jan Intake (Short Term Lets): -
1. The current Occupier is not permitted to terminate the Agreement during the License Period or less than 19 weeks prior to the start of the License Period, unless a Replacement Occupier is secured to assume the Agreement.
2. The current Occupier is obligated to find the Replacement Occupier.
3. In circumstances where a Replacement Occupier IS NOT FOUND, the current Occupier will not be released from the current Agreement and will remain liable for the full contractual Occupation Tariff.
4. In circumstances where a Replacement Occupier IS FOUND for the Agreement, the current Occupier will be released from the Agreement with effect from the start date of the new Occupier’s Period of License, upon payment of a £50 transfer of the Agreement fee which will be deducted from the amount paid to the property.

Will you charge me a Damage Deposit?
No. They do not charge damage deposits, your room is covered under a fair wear and tear policy, any charges would only occur if major damage was caused to your room or a communal area. Full terms can be found within the residential regulations.
Are there any additional fees to pay?
Their service is fully inclusive, this means there are no additional charges to pay. Your Bed pack, Kitchen pack and cleaning service is all included within the cost of your room. You will need to obtain contents insurance and a TV license.
Can I move in early?
If your room is ready, They will try and move students in early, however they may not be able to confirm this until nearer your check in date.
Can I move out during the agreement?
Yes. Please note however you will be required to find a suitable replacement for your room and you will still be responsible for the rent payments until a replacement is found. Their dedicated reservations team will aim to help you find a replacement as well.
