For 23-24 (STL): - You will need to pay for your entire stay at the time of booking or prior to move-in.


For 24-25 AY: -

1. Rent must be paid upfront, in advance.

2. Any one term (September to December) bookings need to pay up front in full in order to secure the booking.

    No cooling off for 23-24 AY contracts, 14-day period for 24-25 AY contracts.
  • No Visa No Pay
    Visa rejection proof needed 7 days before for cancellation due to visa denial.
  • No Place No Pay
    Student must provide evidence of university rejection at least 7 days before contract start.
  • Deferring Studies
    To defer, student must provide evidence at least 7 days before contract start.
Cooling Off Period

For 23-24 AY (STL): - The property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal and binding.


For 24-25 AY: -

The property offers 14 days cooling off period after accepting contract, unless student has arrived.

Please note: No cancellation after arrival.

No Visa No Pay

If a student fails to obtain their visa, they must provide the property with visa rejection evidence at least 7 days before the contract start date to be eligible.

No Place No Pay

If a student fails to secure a place at the university or is rejected by UCAS, they must provide the property with evidence of university rejection at least 7 days before the contract start date to be eligible.

Deferring Studies

If a student is deferring, they must provide the property with evidence of deferring at least 7 days before the contract start date to be eligible.

Yes – please highlight if you will be under 18 at the start of the tenancy when making your enquiry/booking- international students under the age of 18 must provide proof of guardianship

Room cleaning services & amp frequency.?


Rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis and rubbish is removed weekly.

Can students have guests over for a night stay?


Guests must leave the premises by 11pm and are not permitted overnight

Check with centre at time of booking.

Can students smoke in their room, also, are there any common smoking areas in the property?


This a non-smoking building and individuals can not smoke anywhere within the building. There is a smoking area located at the side of the building.

What appliances are already included in the apartment, when the student arrives?


Shared kitchens contain fridges, freezers, hob, oven and general cleaning equipment. Individual kitchens include fridge, small freezer compartment, hob and microwave. All bookings will also be provided with bedding pack and kitchen pack included in the price.

Does a student need to bring their own bedding and kitchen equipment?
