    For 26-27 AY:- To secure your room, a Holding Deposit is required at the time of booking. 1. Once your tenancy begins, the Holding Deposit will convert into a refundable Security Deposit. 2. All deposits are protected and registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), a government-approved tenancy deposit protection provider. End of Tenancy Process 1. A final room inspection will be conducted before your move-out. 2. If any deductions are necessary (e.g. for damages or cleaning), these will be discussed with you directly. 3. Provided the room and its contents are in the same condition as when you moved in and your bank details have been submitted via the Portal, your deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Refund Policy 1. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of receiving your Accommodation Offer, you will be entitled to a full refund. 2.
