Booking Deposit
An advance rent payment of £100 is required and must be paid within 3 days of receiving the accommodation offer and accepting the occupancy contract. The advance rent payment is not a deposit; it is a payment of rent in advance. The advance rent payment will be credited towards the first rent installment.
Additional Fees
Lost Key Charges Lost key and access device charges vary by accommodation type: Fobs (Penmaen & Horton): £15.00 each Proximity Access Cards: £5.00 each Traditional Keys: £25.00 each An administration fee of up to 15% may be applied to cover processing costs, capped at a maximum of £50.00.
Pay In Instalment
Accommodation fees can be paid in full. Alternatively, accommodation fees can be paid in 3 installments. Number of instalments: 3 Payment 1: 34% of the accommodation fees. Payment 2: 33% of the accommodation fees. Payment 3: 33% of the accommodation fees. Instalment 1: Due on 29 October 2026. Instalment 2: Due on 28 January 2027. Instalment 3: Due on 6 May 2027.
