Yes, guests can stay for up to 2 consecutive nights for free. They must be signed in at reception and accompanied by you while in the building.

How secure is my room?

Their room is very secure. Entry is controlled by key fobs, CCTV is in operation, and their on-site staff are available if you have any issues, either at reception or patrolling the building, to ensure their safety and the security of the premises.

How long is the usual contract?

At the accommodation you can choose between two contract length options: 44 weeks or 51 weeks. Booking a 51-week contract allows you to stay in the building over the summer holidays. Some of their buildings only have the option of 44 or 51 week contracts – you’ll see the options available when booking their room.

Is there a car park? Is it included in the fee?

Unfortunately, they do not have on-site parking at the accommodation, but Q-Park Car Park is opposite. Also, all their buildings are centrally located with quick access to universities and public transport.

Is there a gym included at the accommodation?

Yes, if you live at the accommodation, you have access to their 24-hour fully-equipped gym – all included in their rent.

What age do I need to be to live at the accommodation?

You must be 17 or older and a full-time university student in the UK to live at the accommodation.

What are the differences in the room types?

All room types comes with an ensuite bathroom.

If you choose an Enhanced, Elite or Accessible, these rooms have their own private kitchen as well as access to the shared kitchen area. Whereas, an Essential only has access to the shared kitchen area and no private kitchen.

If you choose a Duo, these are 2-bed houses where you both have their own private kitchen, but no access to the shared kitchen area.
