Luxurio offers more outside space than any other student accommodation in Loughborough is a brand new refurbished apartment! Loughborough University and Loughborough College are located close to this student accommodation. Each apartment houses 4 persons with a communal kitchen living space. The new apartments have en-suite facilities, and tv's in each bedroom. The on-site team provides 24-hour support, maintenance and cleaning staff to help students have a comfortable and relaxing stay. They also offer 24 hours CCTV and a secure bike shed. Bills for this site are all-inclusive with free internet and wi-fi. The en-suite rooms consist of a cluster flat all with brand new furnishings, and there are four bedrooms per flat with a private bathroom in each room.
The rooms share a communal kitchen and living area. Together with a new kitchen and TVs in each bedroom, these flats provide students with the highest quality of living in Loughborough. Students at Luxurio can also enjoy the garden and green space to relax, socialise and study. Also, the Wi-Fi is free, and utilities are included in the price. The studios come as above but with self-contained cooking facilities in each room. The site will boast some of the best communal facilities in Loughborough. Booking Details
Cancellation Policy:-
You can cancel your tenancy agreement for up to 14 days after the date of your booking (the Initial Cancellation Period). For bookings made from 1st August to 30th September ahead of the academic year the booking is for, the Initial Cancellation Period reduces to 7 days. They will refund the full security deposit.
Please note, GBP 20 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover any international bank charges for deposit refunds made to non-UK banks.
If you cancel your booking after the Initial Cancellation Period, you remain liable for the weekly rent (for each and every week or part week) until you are able to find another tenant that is acceptable to Homes for Students and they are able to re-let the room. The replacement tenant must be over the age of 18 and a have the necessary student status (it is your responsibility to find another tenant and provide them with the correction information). If you find a suitable replacement tenant and the room is re-let they will refund your deposit, less any appropriate charges, as well as a deduction of GBP 50 for the variation of the contract.

-If you have a valid UK Guarantor, you can choose to pay your rent in three instalments, which are due in September, January and April.
-If you dont have a valid UK Guarantor, you are required to pay the full rent in August, 14 days prior to your contract start date.
-Please note you must have paid the rent due by the time you arrive to check in. Other instalment options may be available.
Note:- Students need to provide guarantor documents before they check in if the students chose to pay by instalment.
