Cancellation is allowed during this period provided the keys have not already been collected. Cancellation can be requested by emailing the site team. Replacement Tenant Accepted

A replacement tenant may be used to take over the tenancy obligations in certain circumstances. The replacement tenant must be found and accepted in accordance with the tenancy assignment policy. After the cooling-off period, the resident remains liable unless a suitable replacement tenant is found and accepted or a new tenancy is entered into. For a No Placement No Pay cancellation, any replacement arrangement should be discussed with the General Manager.

After the tenancy start date, cancellation may be considered due to:A medical condition that was not known when the tenancy started. A Holding Deposit is required to book a room. The Holding Deposit will not exceed 1 week's rent. The Holding Deposit is treated as a payment towards the first rental payment. The Holding Deposit is credited to the resident's rent account upon check-in. If the booking is not completed within the applicable booking deadline, the Holding Deposit may be retained.
