The main house consists of 14 mezzanine rooms, 4 studios 1 en-suite room. Rooms are fully furnished with double beds, 32" flat screen TV, wardrobe, study area, high-speed internet, WiFi and sofas wherever possible. A huge communal kitchen is fully equipped with 2 electric ovens, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has a large seating area and wall-mounted flat screen TV.
Purpose built student flat that feels more like a private house than a halls of residence and it has its own entrance which adds to one's own privacy. The Annex has six rooms that all have a 3/4 sized beds, study area and a 32" TV. There is a spacious kitchen/social area that includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and also a large TV and sofas. Students will also have access to the large Radmoor House grounds that are perfect for any outdoor activity that one enjoys.

HOW DO I BOOK?
In order to book a room at the Student Beehive you are required to pay 265. The 150 deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy and the 100 rent in advance will be deducted from the last payment of your rent and 15 is a Deposit Protection Fee. HOW DO I PAY RENT?
You can pay your rent via online banking. Please do not forget to mention your name and what are you paying on the payment reference.

IS THERE ANY LAUNDRY FACILITY AVAILABLE?

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY NEIGHBOURS ARE BEING TOO NOISY AFTER HOURS?
If you feel like you can approach your neighbours then you do have the authority to do so. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please call the sub-warden.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE FIRE ALARM GOES OFF?
If you hear the fire alarm go off you must leave your room straight away and go to the fire assembly point. (You will be notified of fire assembly points when you move in).
ARE CAR AND BIKE STORAGE AVAILABLE?
Yes.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE CLEANING?
Across all the sites there are communal cleaners for shared kitchens and living areas. However it is down to you to keep your room clean and tidy.
