Can I have guests to stay?
Guests are permitted for a maximum of two consecutive nights in any week but must sleep in your room with you. Nobody is allowed to sleep in the lounge or kitchen area. If you are going to have a guest, you must email their name and the dates they’re staying to management.
Where do I collect my post from?
Letters/ parcels from Royal mail are delivered to the students flats through the letter box. They do not accept parcels on site, they will be delivered to the flats.
How do I report maintenance issues?
Maintenance issues need to be reported to the property email address with a description of the issue, information on where the student lives, and any photos if applicable.
Can I change my room?
The property allow transfers from around mid-October each year. If the property can find you a suitable transfer, property will move you as soon as you are ready. Please note that there is an administration fee of £45 prior to moving in and £50 once you have moved in. Please speak with the on-site team for further information.
Do I need to have a TV Licence?
You will need to purchase a TV licence if you wish to watch or stream live TV in your flat.
What events do they arrange on the site?
Most events are held by the RES- X team but they do sometimes host our own events etc Breakfast mornings, returners events.
What facilities are there on site?
The property have a common room with freeview on a flat screen TV, surround sound DVD system, games console and pool table, a courtyard table tennis table, covered decking and picnic area.
Can I store my possessions in the summer?
You will need to contact reception to see if this is available to them and there is a charge which is applicable.
Can I book for summer?
The property offer summer contracts subject to availability. Please contact managemen at least a month before the end of your contract.
Can I arrive early?
Please contact the site team to check whether your room will be vacated and cleaned by the time you want to arrive. There will be an extra charge for early arrivals.
What about safety and security on site?
All blocks are key entry, as are your flat and your room. The property have staff on site 24/7 for your safety and you will be given a number for contacting staff in emergencies. You have an intercom system to your apartment.

The internet is provided by Glide and will be around 50 Mbps
