Unfortunately, They don’t allow pets at the property but some of their properties have furry friends that like to hang out nearby. Birmingham for example has a sweet cat called Darcy who will be only too pleased to say hi.
Do I need a TV license?
Property has covered the cost of TV licences in the common areas so feel free to watch TV in the kitchen, living room and their common rooms but if you want to watch TV (including BBC on-demand) in your room you will need to purchase a TV licence. Your friends are more than welcome to visit you at your accommodation - They ask that you limit any overnight stays to no more than 3 consecutive nights in one week and make sure that your flatmates are happy with having your friends stay over.

If you’re moving into a cluster They recommend waiting until you’ve met all your flatmates and then shopping together for items such as cutlery, crockery and other household bits and bobs.
When should accommodation be booked for September intake?

How much are deposits and how do you get them back at the end of the tenancy?
Their deposit is very competitive at £250 annually. This is a one-off payment normally taken at the time of signing your contract. They may on occasion amend the date your deposit is taken on occasion and this will be clearly advised during the booking process. During check-in, they’ll run through an inventory form with you, so make sure to complete this as they’ll use this form again during check-out. Providing your room is in good condition then you will get the full amount back within 10 days of departure. Your deposits are protected with MyDeposits - a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme. You will receive a copy of the protection certificate after you have completed your contract.
What is the cancellation policy?
