If you didn’t get the grades you needed for your place at university, or you got better grades than expected, you may be eligible to be released from your contract. Please send them information about why you’re no longer able to come within three days of you receiving your results. Their team will talk to you about how to process any refunds if applicable.

Can I arrive early?
They work hard every summer to prepare the site and your rooms for your arrival so unfortunately, they generally can’t allow you to move in earlier than your start date in September. If they are able to allow you to move in earlier, they will let you know in advance.
What about safety and security on site?
Your safety on site is one of their top priorities. The on-site team are available during office hours, and they have CCTV running 24/7. Outside of office hours, security safeguarding colleagues are based on site, ensuring security is in place 24/7. They have recently installed new block doors and a gate entry system to one of the main courts. Their Resident Tutor team are also available out of hours for welfare support and advice.
