In order to book a room at property, you must sign a License Agreement and pay £300 Security deposit to secure the room booking. The £300 security deposit works as a damage deposit, and it will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy

3. Without a UK guarantor, the student can pay in 2 instalments.

1. The property needs a guarantor for every booking.
2. Your guarantor can be both UK based or international, however those with a UK based guarantor will have an option of paying in 4 instalments.

Property Management offers dual occupancy on studio units. An additional fee of £10 per week will apply
The student may cancel the agreement by giving the property written notice of their intention to do so within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the agreement, however there will be no refund of any paid deposit.
If the cancellation request is made after the cooling-off period, the student must find a suitable replacement to take over the contract.

If you feel like you can approach your neighbours then you do have the authority to do so. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please call the warden.
If you hear the fire alarm go off you must leave your room straight away and go to the fire assembly point. (You will be notified of fire assembly points when you move in).

Due to its location, there is no parking at Carlton Building.
Across all sites there are cleaners for communal spaces like shared kitchens and living areas. However, it is down to you to keep your room and belongings clean and tidy.
It is not the cleaners job to remove bin bags, please ensure you keep your room and kitchen area free from rubbish at all times. Some en-suite flats have bin rotas based on room number. Please check if there is a bin rota in your kitchen.
WiFi is always free at Student Beehive. The Fibre speed is up to 350 mps. Speeds will vary at each property; check your contract or speak with your manager for further information.
You are responsible for any guests staying with you and are liable if they cause any problems. But of course, friends and family are always welcome at Beehive.
All of their properties are completely non-smoking inside. Smoking inside could affect your Security Deposit. Some sites may have designated smoking areas outside areas which have ashtrays provided.
All their rooms are unique; no room is exactly the same. If you are unhappy with your room, please speak to your hall manager. If there are other rooms available, we may be able to offer them as an alternative. However, we are often fully booked, so changing rooms will get increasingly difficult the closer you are to the move-in date.
If it happens during normal working hours, you can ask in person at the office. If the office is not open call the warden.
Your window may have a restricting device that limits how far it opens. It is there for your safety, so it's important that it is not disconnected or damaged. If the window fittings become damaged, please notify maintenance immediately.
There offices are located in Forest Court, Kingfisher, The Student Block, Carlton Building, Renaissance House, and Salisbury Road.
Offices operate between 9am-5pm, but some are not open every day. Message or email to double check if an office is open.
Each site has a dedicated hall manager. You can find out your hall manager's name by going in person to reception or here. The manager may not always be in your building as they may manage several properties.
They do not allow any pets at Beehive. We are not built to take animals and it's not fair to them. Please leave your pets at home, they will look forward to seeing you when you return!
