Once you have begun your tenancy with the property, this fee will be used as your deposit throughout your stay and will be refunded (less any deductions) at the end of your tenancy period. Please note, if you fail to proceed with the tenancy this fee will not be refunded.
1. You need to have a valid UK based guarantor in order to pay the rent in termly instalments. 2. There is a legal requirement for a guarantee agreement to be in writing. The agreement sets out the guarantor's legal obligations. A suitable guarantor must be: a) A UK or Isle of Man Resident b) Over the age of 21 c) In full time employment, and provide photo ID & proof of address. 3. If you do not have a financial guarantor you will need to pay the year’s rent in advance. 4. The property does not accept international guarantors.
The property offers two payment options: 1. Pay in Full, Payable 2 weeks before the tenancy start date. 2. In 3 Termly Instalments (You must have a valid UK based Guarantor).
