Each flat includes sofas in the lounge area, a coffee table and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen includes integrated appliances such as two fridge freezers, a dishwasher and two cooking areas, each with an electric oven, hob and extractor. A freestanding microwave is also provided. Bins, mops and buckets, irons and ironing boards are not supplied and must be arranged by residents.

What is included in the rent?

Gas, electricity, water charges and a basic internet package are included in the rent. There is no internet connection charge. Personal contents insurance and a TV licence for any TV in a bedroom are not included and must be arranged by the resident.

What happens to my deposit?

The deposit is protected in a government-approved deposit scheme, with full details provided in the tenancy agreement. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit can be returned in full provided the room and communal areas are in the same condition as at move-in, allowing for fair wear and tear.

Residents are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of their bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and jointly with flatmates for the lounge, kitchen and corridor areas within the flat.
