A deposit of £250 for students and 1 months rent for professionals and studio payable in advance.
Rent can be paid in 3 installments if UK guarantor or Guarantor Company can be provided. Otherwise, full rent payment needs to be done.
A guarantor must be over 18 years of age, resident in the UK, in full time employment and a homeowner. Ideally it should be your parents/guardians but if they live overseas another relative can be considered. Their role is to pay the rental cost if the student is for any reason not able to. As an alternative a Guarantor Company can be used.
