<p><strong>For First-Year Undergraduate and Postgraduate Applicants</strong></p> <p>If you are a prospective first-year undergraduate or postgraduate student and your offer of a place at your chosen university or higher education institution is withdrawn due to not meeting the required entry grades, you may be eligible for a full release from your tenancy agreement. <strong>To qualify:</strong></p> <p>1. You must provide written confirmation from your university or UCAS (such as a rejection letter or a screenshot showing your UCAS status)</p> <p>2. This evidence must be submitted within <strong>3 calendar days</strong> of your results being published and no later than 28th August (whichever comes first)</p> <p>3.
