Yes! Every studio and apartment (other than Building 9 in Manchester and their Lite apartments) is fitted with a flat screen SMART TV. The TV comes complete with Freeview and the ability to download apps once connected to your super-fast Wi-Fi! If however, you have booked one of their Building 9 apartments or Lite studios, these do not have a TV within each room as there is a large one in the shared kitchen / living room area or their mini-hubs.

This means that you can share content between your SMART devices in a private and secure way just like you would in a traditional home setting and you can do it safe in the knowledge that nobody else in the building can connect to them.

Is there a common room?

One of the best things about living with Vivo is the amazing communal space that is open for all residents to enjoy. There is incredibly comfortable seating, pool tables, cinema areas and private study spaces that are all perfect for you to enjoy on your own or in groups. They also hold regular events in the communal space hosted by the residence teams. If you have a suggestion, let them know and well make it happen!

Will I get a cleaner?

They do not have a cleaning service however, if you would like to book in additional deep cleans, please speak to a member of the management team who can discuss the options with you and book in an additional clean at a time to suit you.  The housekeeping team will also clean all communal areas but are not responsible for throwing away your rubbish, so please be mindful and respect the building.

About Sheffield

Sheffield, also known as the "Steel City", is a county in South Yorkshire and the area's largest settlement. The city gets its name from the River Sheaf that runs through it. The city played an essential role during the Industrial Revolution and has become a hub for industrial activities. It has become more vibrant and incorporated more greenery into its infrastructure, giving the town a stronger sense of community. The city is now home to many parks and woodlands for students to enjoy during their classes. Whether you enjoy the outdoors or just want to relax at a cafe, there's something for everyone.
