    For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: 1. When you accept your room offer, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit to secure your room. The deposit will depend on the room type you select. The deposit will vary from property and your deposit is placed into a deposit protection scheme, and will be returned to you at the end of your contract subject to the contract terms. 3.
