The Leap Guarantor Waiver is an alternative to the traditional UK-based guarantor requirement for student accommodation. It allows qualifying students to secure their tenancy without naming a guarantor, by paying a non-refundable waiver fee which is built into their rent. Once active, Leap serves as the guarantor in case of financial default by the tenant.
