If you do not receive an unconditional university offer, you may cancel your booking. You must submit your request within 7 days of A Level results release. Valid supporting evidence must be provided.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

After the tenancy has started, you may request release from your contract by finding a replacement tenant. The replacement tenant must be accepted by the property. If accepted: Your contract will end from the replacement tenant’s start date. You remain liable for any outstanding rent until that date. Urgent issues should be reported to reception immediately. Other maintenance requests can be submitted through the CLV App by describing the issue and optionally uploading a photo. After the repair, residents can leave feedback through the app.
