It must clearly show the student’s full name, address and date of issue.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Note:</strong> The tenant must send the documents to the property team via email within <strong>7 days </strong>from the date the relevant Visa rejection correspondence is received.</p>

<p>If the tenant is a prospective first year undergraduate student and the student’s offer of a place at the university is withdrawn by the university as a result of the student not having achieved the required entry grades, the tenant may be eligible to be released from the agreement provided the tenant supplies the property with the following evidence:</p> <ol> <li>Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the University/College/UCAS, or a screenshot of the customer’s UCAS status along with the results etc.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Note: </strong>These document(s) must be received by the property via email within <strong>3 days </strong>of your results being published (and no later than 28th August, whichever date is sooner).</p>

<p>1. Once your cooling off period expires, you lose the right to cancel your tenancy.
