The deposit is not applied to the first rent instalment. The deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the property's deposit return conditions.

A UK-based guarantor is required where applicable. The guarantor must: Be at least 18 years old. Be financially stable. Agree to take responsibility for rent payments if the student is unable to pay.
