On an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, you are legally bound until the end of your tenancy period. We can however consider ending your tenancy if you have a replacement. Your safety is their priority and is taken with utmost seriousness at property management . All of their properties are 24x7 CCTV monitored and there will always be a member of security staff on site from 7pm onwards. You can only enter the building using the biometric entry access.
