If you decide to cancel your Booking, you have a 5-day period, starting from the day after you receive the Booking Confirmation, to notify the property of your decision.
- To cancel within this 5-day period, you must contact the property in writing, either by post or email. Your cancellation will only be effective if received by them within this specified timeframe. It is important to retain a copy of your cancellation notification for your records.
- If you adhere to the above policy and your cancellation notice is received within the 5-day period, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Booking Payment within 30 days of the property receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be processed to the credit or debit card used for the Booking Payment.
- If you submit a late application and your Accommodation Start Date falls before the end of the 5-day period, you agree that your cancellation rights will terminate on your Accommodation Start Date.
